We can arrange Insurance cover for members and their family. The insurance scheme protects you against paying the costs of the other side if you lose your case.

Thompsons Scotland fees are in accordance with the Law Society recommended table of fees and will be set off against the fees which they will recover from the other side leaving little if anything for you to pay. If of course the case is lost there will be no fee to pay anyway.
